Farms Management

At Seedsage, our approach to farm management is a strategic model built on empowerment and innovation. We work directly with our partners through a contract farming framework to create a more resilient agricultural landscape across Malaysia. This model allows us to manage and optimize production, ensuring a reliable supply chain while actively contributing to national food security.

Gemas Agropark

The Gemas Agropark is a key strategic location for Seedsage, specializing in livestock and feed production. This operation includes the cultivation of Napier and Juncao grasses, with 80 acres of Napier cultivation integrated with a feedlot operation. This integrated model aims to produce approximately 640 tons of feed per month. This eco-friendly practice uses sustainable fodder to support livestock, which helps reduce Malaysia's dependence on imported feed.

Sundar, Lawas in Sarawak

In Tuaran, we operate a 150-acre pilot site with potential for expansion. This project is a collaboration with the Sabah Land Development Board (SLDB). Additionally, the Kota Maradu site in Sabah is being considered as a brown field site for paddy infrastructure testing

Our site in Sundar is a state-facilitated operator site under the Ministry of Food Industry, Commodity and Regional Development Sarawak (M-FICORD). This project is part of a broader collaboration to support the East Malaysia rice self-sufficiency agenda. The Tanjung Katong and Lawas areas are also being looked at for future development.

And... they keep on going

Seedsage is also considering additional locations for future expansion. The Rembau site is identified as a potential "green field" site, which is currently being evaluated to provide enough variants for a representative sample of our farming methods. Our long-term goal is to expand to over 1,500 hectares of paddy fields and achieve a significant reduction in feed imports by 2030. We are not just building farms—we are building Malaysia’s sustainable food future, one project at a time.
